If you can find clients, build relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales, we want to work with you. What You'll Sell Our premium modular housing solutions serve:

• Real estate developers.

• Construction companies.

• Hospitality & resort operators Event companies.

• Governments & municipalities NGOs and humanitarian organizations/

• Workforce accommodation providers.

Sales Representatives may also source and sell additional products, services, or project-related extras that cannot be found on the DomusDivitiarum website, subject to approval by DomusDivitiarum LLC.

 

• Your Responsibilities Generate your own qualified leads.

• Present our modular housing solutions to prospective clients.

• Identify additional products or services required by clients.

• ​Negotiate with decision-makers.

• Close deals from start to finish.

• Build long-term client relationships.

 

What We Offer 10% commission on every successfully closed housing-unit sale, calculated after VAT.

No earnings cap.

Additional Products & Extras Housing Unit + Extras Not Found on Our Website When a Sales Representative sells a DomusDivitiarum housing unit and also arranges additional products or services that cannot be found on the DomusDivitiarum website:

​

• The Representative receives the standard 10% commission calculated after VAT on the housing-unit sale.

• For the additional products or extras, DomusDivitiarum deducts administration costs only.    ​

​

Administration costs are determined according to the quantity, size, value, and administrative requirements of the additional products.

 

Extras Sold Without a Housing Unit Representatives may independently sell approved additional products or services that cannot be found on the DomusDivitiarum website, even when no housing unit is included in the transaction.

 

For approved standalone extras transactions, the Sales Representative receives 30% of the approved customer sales price for the extra, excluding VAT and other sales taxes, unless different transaction-specific terms are expressly agreed in writing before the customer transaction is finalized.

 

For unusually large, customized, or complex transactions, specific commercial terms may be agreed in writing before the sale is finalized.
