Our company may provide housing and related infrastructure solutions to eligible private companies, contractors, humanitarian organizations, non-governmental organizations, public institutions, municipalities, governmental bodies, international organizations, and other lawful entities engaged in post-conflict recovery, reconstruction, resettlement, workforce accommodation, emergency housing, or restoration of civilian infrastructure.
Any commercial relationship with a politically affiliated organization or other politically exposed counterparty does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, political support, representation, campaign participation, or alignment with that organization's political views, policies, candidates, or activities.
All transactions are subject to applicable laws and regulations, including relevant sanctions and restrictive measures, export controls, anti-money-laundering requirements, anti-bribery and anti-corruption requirements, procurement rules, and other applicable trade and compliance obligations.
DomusDivitiarum LLC reserves the right to conduct counterparty, beneficial-ownership, sanctions, end-user, end-use, destination, and payment-route due diligence and to refuse, suspend, or terminate transactions where legal, regulatory, compliance, security, or ethical concerns arise.
DomusDivitiarum LLC does not knowingly supply products or services for prohibited military use, sanctioned activities, unlawful diversion, or other activities prohibited under applicable law.
Our role is strictly commercial and humanitarian in nature: to provide lawful housing and infrastructure solutions that can support civilian recovery, reconstruction, accommodation, and the restoration of communities affected by conflict or disaster.
