2. Shipping Areas

  • Domestic Shipping (Within the EU): We offer full delivery and setup coordination within EU countries.

  • International Shipping: Available on request. Customs fees, import taxes, and local regulations may apply. Please contact us prior to ordering internationally.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Products (e.g., Energy Systems, Hot Tubs, Saunas):
    Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Modular Homes / Container Houses:
    Made-to-order. Estimated production and delivery time is 4–10 weeks, depending on customization and destination.

We will provide tracking information and regular updates once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, product size, and delivery method.

  • Final costs will be presented before checkout or in your formal quote.

  • Larger installations may include on-site assembly and crane logistics, which will be detailed in your invoice.

5. Receiving Your Order

  • Delivery requires someone to be present at the site to receive and inspect the goods.

  • Any visible damage should be reported immediately upon delivery.

  • For larger structures, please ensure the site is accessible by truck or container crane, or notify us in advance of access restrictions.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for punctual delivery, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or transport restrictions. We will keep you informed and work to resolve issues swiftly.
