4. QUOTATIONS & ORDERS All quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing Final specifications, pricing, and delivery terms are defined in the formal agreement or invoice Orders are considered confirmed upon acceptance and receipt of the agreed initial payment
5. PRICING Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on customization, volume, and logistics Bulk pricing may apply depending on order size All final pricing is confirmed in the official quotation or agreement
6. PAYMENT TERMS Payment terms are defined per project and may include: Initial deposit to initiate production Progress or milestone payments Final balance prior to shipment or delivery Payment structure is specified in the quotation or agreement.
7. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY Production is carried out by approved manufacturing partners Delivery is arranged through coordinated logistics networks Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project scope and external factors Delivery terms are governed by agreed Incoterms®.
8. RISK & TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY Risk transfers from seller to buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterm specified in the project agreement. Buyers are responsible for understanding the implications of the selected delivery term.
9. SPECIFICATIONS & MODIFICATIONS All units are produced based on agreed specifications Any modifications must be confirmed in writing prior to production Changes after production has commenced may not be possible or may incur additional costs
10. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Orders may be cancelled prior to production under agreed conditions Once production has commenced, cancellation is not permitted due to the custom nature of the product Payments made after production begins are non-refundable Specific terms are defined in the project agreement.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law: DomusDivitiarum shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Liability is limited to the value of the contract or order We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party partners or external factors beyond our control.
12. FORCE MAJEURE We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters war or conflict supply chain disruptions transport or port delays
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Manufacturing, logistics, and certain services are provided by third-party partners. While we coordinate and oversee projects, we are not the direct manufacturer or carrier and cannot be held responsible for third-party operational failures beyond reasonable control.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of DomusDivitiarum and may not be used without permission.
15. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
