  • Orders are confirmed only after full or agreed-upon partial payment is received.

  • Custom orders (e.g., container homes or modular units) are made to specification and may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in NOK unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time before an order is confirmed.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other approved options.

  • Full payment or deposit must be made before production or shipping begins.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product type and destination.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, transport issues, or site inaccessibility.

  • Buyers must ensure the delivery site is prepared and accessible.

5. Warranty and Liability

  • Most products come with a manufacturer or structural warranty. Warranty terms will be included in your purchase agreement.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modifications not approved by us.

  • In no event shall Domus Divitiarum be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Returns and Cancellations

  • Standard accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Custom-built or prefabricated structures are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing and may incur a processing or material fee.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by Domus Divitiarum and protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, sell, or use any of our intellectual property without written permission.
