REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be modified, cancelled, or refunded. Due to the custom-built and project-based nature of modular housing systems, all orders are subject to specific terms once confirmed.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION An order is considered confirmed when: The client accepts the quotation or agreement The initial payment or deposit is received Upon confirmation, project planning and preparation may begin.
3. CANCELLATION BEFORE PRODUCTION Orders may be cancelled prior to the start of production, subject to the following: Written notice must be provided Any administrative, design, or preparation costs may be deducted Remaining funds, if applicable, may be refunded Exact conditions are defined in the project agreement.
4. PRODUCTION PHASE (NON-CANCELLABLE STAGE) Once production has commenced: Orders cannot be cancelled Payments made are non-refundable This is due to: custom manufacturing processes material allocation production scheduling
5. MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS Changes must be requested before production begins Once production has started, modifications may not be possible or may incur additional costs All changes must be confirmed in writing.
6. DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE Upon delivery: The client is responsible for inspecting the goods Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported promptly Claims may require: photographic evidence delivery documentation
7. DEFECTS OR NON-CONFORMITY If a product is found to be materially defective or not in accordance with agreed specifications: The issue will be reviewed Reasonable corrective measures may be arranged This may include: repair replacement of affected components technical support
8. NON-REFUNDABLE ELEMENTS The following are generally non-refundable: custom-built units production costs logistics and shipping costs once arranged third-party service fees
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Certain elements of the project (manufacturing, logistics, installation) are handled by third-party partners. Refunds or claims related to these services are subject to the applicable partner terms and agreed delivery conditions.
10. FORCE MAJEURE Refunds or cancellations are not applicable for delays or issues caused by events beyond reasonable control, including: natural disasters supply chain disruptions transport delays regulatory or customs issues
