At Domus Divitiarum, all sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products — including modular homes, energy systems, and wellness units — we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

We encourage our customers to review all product details, specifications, and agreements thoroughly before placing an order.

By purchasing from Domus Divitiarum, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Refund Policy Acknowledgement:
   All products and services provided by Domus Divitiarum, including but not limited to modular homes, prefab structures, energy systems, and wellness units, are custom-built or made-to-order. As such, all sales are final, and no refunds or cancellations will be issued once an order is placed and production has commenced.

2. Binding Agreement:
   By submitting payment or signing a purchase agreement, you enter into a legally binding contract and accept these terms in full. You waive any right to claim a refund, chargeback, or dispute unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Domus Divitiarum.

3. Limitation of Liability:
   Domus Divitiarum shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, financial losses, delays, or perceived dissatisfaction arising from your use of our products or services. Installation, site preparation, or third-party services remain the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included in a signed contract.

4. Dispute Resolution:
   Any legal claims or disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union. You agree that any legal action must be brought exclusively before a competent court in the applicable jurisdiction. We reserve the right to resolve claims through negotiation or mediation prior to formal litigation.

5. Good Faith & Communication:
   We are committed to resolving all matters professionally and in good faith. If you experience an issue, you agree to contact us first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before pursuing legal action.
